How to update/ edit your billing/ payment method

You can login to the client portal here: https://portal.upperlevelhosting.com/clients/index.php/login
using your email address on file with us.

If you forgot the password you can reset it here: https://portal.upperlevelhosting.com/clients/index.php/password/reset

Once logged in click Billing > Payment Methods in the menu and edit, remove delete or add a new card on file.
