Go to the Microsoft 365 client portal: https://portal.office.com > Login.
1. Click the Outlook icon in the left menu.
2. At the top right of the page, click the Settings Gear Icon. > Then View all Outlook Settings toward the bottom right.
3. Then in the left menu > Select General > Storage.
This will tell you how much space you are using your email account.
